  • Conduct and analyze trademark clearance searches and render opinions on availability

  • Counsel clients in patent infringement matters, licensing and technology transfer arrangements.
  • Draft contracts for the transfer or licensing of patents
  • Provide patentability, validity, infringement and right to use analysis
  • Coordinates with outside counsel on national and international patent prosecution

  • Perform review and analysis of client websites, including advising clients on privacy, terms of use, trademark, and copyright issues in their websites.
  • Draft Internet licenses and web-related agreements
  • Counsels clients on ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”)
